What Can You Learn About Building Your Opt In List From Chris Baggott’s Weekly Blog

Posted on May 25, 2007. Filed under: Marketing resources, Marketing Tools |

Today you can finally get a rest from my writings.

As I am undertaking some new business ventures …Yippee for me..

I will be changing things up a bit.

I’ll be giving your more tools and places where you should be going to get the knowledge you need to become a master opt in list builder.

And of course from time to time I will be giving you my useful insights…

Why the change?

Well, I’ve been getting a lot of requests for help over these last few months…

Which I been responding to…but that then leaves me with little time for fun.

And I love to have fun.

Hence the change in direction.

Also there’s a lesson here.

Never get to emotionally involved…or attatched as some therapists will tell you…to a way of doing things.

Leave a window open for change.

Yes you can get excited when things are going well.

But don’t think that things will always be that way.

Change…

That’s the only thing that’s constant in your life.

So don’t be affraid of it.

Kapeesh..

Now some of you have asked me for more information on building your opt in lists.

My response to that that is this.

There’s so much more to building an opt in list than just putting up an ad or squeeze page and letting people join your list.

For long term results to come from that list..you have to become a better person.

You have to be more than just a person who see’s them as a dollar sign.

They will see this in you and leave your list.

Your ultimate goal is to attract people to you who want to be on your list.

Anyhow…

That’s all for now.

Is Content Really King? The Answer Just Might Surprise You

Posted on May 1, 2007. Filed under: Email Marketing, Marketing resources, Marketing Tools |

Just a quick note for you.

If you’ve been reading this blog for any length of time then you’ll remember that one of the things that I’m always trying to stress to you is that you will make more money by using marketing than simply pushing products or services on people.

Ok..so maybe you don’t remember..then here’s a small refresher.

I’m a big fan of marketing.

I truly believe that when you market to people and let them come to their own decision to buy from you then the relationship you create is much, much stronger than if you just tried to sell them a product or service by force.

Well, it seems that I’m not the only one who believes in this idea.

Ever heard of John Reese?

He’s the guy who stormed onto the scene with his traffic secrets course that sold for 997.00

Now on his newest blog he’s offering you a free report that talks about the rebirth of internet marketing. I highly recommend that you read it.

It’s got some interesting info in it that I think you’ll enjoy.

Also…make sure you read pages 22 and 23.

That’s where he reveals the secret to becoming successful in your own online business.

Here’s the link.

There’s nothing to buy..but there is a mention of his newest project.

Hey, what else would you expect…

That’s all for now.

Opt In List Building Tool (part 2)

Posted on March 18, 2007. Filed under: Marketing Tools |

There’s something that I forgot to mention in my last post.

So I decided to make it a 2 part post….my oh my…how nice of me…

Well, the niche builder software works fine on most operating systems. I use Windows XP..and it works on all the other systems with no problems.

But I’m not sure about the new Vista sysyem from microsoft.

I don’t plan on switching over to vista anytime soon and I don’t know if the creator of this software will be coming with an updated version for vista.

I haven’t heard of there being any problem’s with the software working on vista, but you never know.

Guess we’ll just have to play the waiting game.

That’s all for now.

Opt In List Building Tool

Posted on March 18, 2007. Filed under: Marketing resources, Marketing Tools |

Hey, let me ask you a quick question.

How fast can you build a opt in or as some people call them a squeeze page?

1hr…….3hrs….

If I had to build a squeeze page from scratch it would probably take me about a day…I suck at writing code for websites. I have a little experience at creating html code, but not enough to be a pro at it.

I just can’t really get into learning about how to do it. When I sit down at my computer to start writing my brain generally checks out and then my mind goes blank.

Anyway…I’ve found a free tool for you that will create a squeeze page in as little as 15 minutes.

The time can actually be faster.

It just depends on how fast you can answer the questions.

If you’re like me, and you’re a one handed typing bandit then it takes a little more time to answer the questions. 🙂

But, once you’ve answered the questions, I think its 15 all together…you will have a legitimate squeeze page code.

And the best part is that the software is free.

Just give it a try…see if you improve your marketing results with your new squeeze pages.

Optimize Your Website To Start Bringing In New Subscribers, Visitors, And Even Paying Customers Using This Handy Tool

Posted on March 12, 2007. Filed under: Marketing Tools |

I’ve been using this keyword suggestion tool now for the past month…and I’ve got to say that I’m impressed with the results.

Although, I must admit….this isn’t the first time that I’ve used this tool..I’ve used them before, but with so many new keyword suggestion tools coming out and being recommended… they kind of fell off of my radar screen.

The results that they recommend tend to be a much more accurate snapshot of what people are really searching for when compared to some of the other KST’s.

Anyway here’s the link:

—-side note—-

When I used their service in the past… I was a paid subscriber.

Now I’m trying out their free version.

Why the free version and not the paid?

Because I’m already subscribed to a couple of other services.

As soon as I’m finished with them I’ll convert over to becoming a paid subscriber again.

That’s all for now.
